F-16 Pilot

A current qualified F-16 pilot to provide Technical Order (TO) management, Flight Manual support, and Flight Manual oversight (IAW AFI 11-215, Para. 5.2.1). The functions include: 1) Recommend  approval / disapproval of requisition and distribution changes received from Technical Order Distribution Offices (TODO) for F-16 FMS Flight Manuals; 2) Verify F-16 FMS Flight Manuals reflect the current user capabilities, equipment, and software; 3) Provide face-to-face and telephonic assistance to F-16 users on Flight Manual discrepancies; 4) Assist Flight Manual users in managing, printing, and distribution requirements for revisions/changes; and, 5) Participate as a member of the Central Technical Order Management (CTOM) Flight Manual team.

Assist Technical Order Management Agency (TOMA) in digital Combined Air Force Technical Order Plan/Technical Order Requirements Plan (CAFTOP/TORP) and Technical Order Currency Index (TOCI) as it pertains to F-16 FMS Flight Manuals to include: 1) Review and populate the Technical Order Information Spreadsheet (TOIS) as it pertains to Flight Manuals; 2) Prepare the TORP on an annual basis as it pertains to Flight Manuals; 3) Participate in the Logistical Support Requirements (LSR) to determine Flight Manual requirements; and 4) Assist TOMA in determining and executing Flight Manual sustainment funding requirements.
